Are your outfits ready-made or custom-made?
We offer both ready-to-wear and custom order options where available. Ready-made items can be purchased directly from the website, while custom orders will require measurements, preferred style, fabric choice, and production time.

Do I need to be available to receive my order?
Yes. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. If another person will receive it on your behalf, kindly inform them and make sure they can provide any needed confirmation.

How long does a custom order take?
Custom order timelines depend on the design, number of outfits, fabric availability, and current workload. Please place custom orders early, especially for weddings, birthdays, family photoshoots, church events, naming ceremonies, corporate events, and festive periods.
Can custom orders be returned?
Custom-made outfits are usually not returnable unless there is a confirmed production error from our side. Customers are advised to provide accurate measurements and confirm all details before production begins.

Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted for eligible ready-to-wear items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition within the approved return period of 48 hours.
What items cannot be returned?
The following items may not be eligible for return:
Custom-made outfits
Altered outfits
Worn or washed items
Damaged items caused by the customer
Items without original packaging or tags where applicable
Clearance or sale items, unless otherwise stated
Personalized or specially requested items
Can I exchange an item for another size?
Size exchanges may be possible for eligible ready-made items if the requested size is available. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Who pays for return delivery?
Unless the return is due to an error from Ankara Revolution, the customer will be responsible for return delivery costs. If we sent the wrong item or there is a confirmed fault, we will review and advise on the next steps.
Can organizations place bulk orders?

Why does a product show out of stock?
A product may be out of stock because the fabric is finished, the size is unavailable, or the item is temporarily unavailable. You may contact us to ask whether restocking or custom production is possible.
