Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy
At Ankara Revolution, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. We carefully inspect, package, and dispatch all orders with attention to quality. However, we understand that there may be situations where a return, exchange, or refund request may be necessary.
This policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, refunds, custom orders, damaged items, wrong items, cancellations, and related customer concerns.
Return and Exchange Eligibility
Returns or exchanges may be accepted only for eligible items that meet the following conditions:
The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
All tags, labels, accessories, or product attachments must still be intact where applicable.
The return or exchange request must be made within the approved complaint period.
The item must not be a custom-made, altered, resized, personalized, clearance, or final sale item.
Ankara Revolution reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving any exchange, refund, store credit, adjustment, or replacement.
Return Period
Customers must contact Ankara Revolution within 24 to 48 hours after receiving their order if there is an issue with the item.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted, especially where the item has already been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or removed from its original condition.
To help us resolve your request quickly, please contact us as soon as you notice any issue with your order.
Exchanges
We may accept exchanges for eligible ready-to-wear items, subject to product availability.
Exchanges may be considered where:
A different size is needed.
A wrong item was sent by Ankara Revolution.
The item received has a confirmed defect.
The customer wants to exchange an eligible item for another available product.
Customers are responsible for checking the size chart, product description, color, style, and fabric details before placing an order. If you are unsure about your size, we encourage you to contact us before completing your purchase.
If the requested size, color, or style is not available, Ankara Revolution may offer store credit, an alternative item, repair, adjustment, or another suitable option depending on the situation
Refunds
Refunds are not automatic. All refund requests must be reviewed and approved by Ankara Revolution.
Refunds may only be considered where:
The wrong item was delivered to the customer.
The item received is defective or damaged before delivery.
The item is significantly different from what was ordered.
The ordered item becomes unavailable after payment has been made.
Ankara Revolution is unable to fulfill the order within a reasonable agreed timeframe.
A refund request has been reviewed and approved by Ankara Revolution.
Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee a refund. We reserve the right to review the order details, inspect the item where necessary, verify the complaint, and determine whether the request meets our refund conditions.
Custom Orders
Custom-made outfits are produced based on the customer’s measurements, fabric choice, style preference, and special instructions. Because they are made specifically for the customer, custom orders are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
This includes:
Custom-made outfits
Altered outfits
Resized outfits
Personalized orders
Specially requested designs
Bulk custom orders
Family matching outfits made to measurement
Corporate or group orders made to specification
Please ensure that all measurements, fabric choices, style preferences, delivery details, and event dates are accurate before confirming a custom order.
If there is a confirmed error from Ankara Revolution, such as a wrong design, major production defect, or tailoring mistake, we will review the issue and may offer an adjustment, correction, exchange, store credit, partial refund, or other suitable resolution depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
Custom-made or altered outfits
Personalized orders
Worn, washed, stained, or damaged items
Items damaged by the customer
Items returned without approval
Items reported after the approved complaint period
Discounted, clearance, or final sale items
Items affected by wrong size selection or inaccurate measurements provided by the customer
Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Delivery Cost for Returns
Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the issue was caused by Ankara Revolution, such as sending the wrong item or delivering a confirmed defective product.
Shipping fees are usually non-refundable unless the issue was our fault.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not been processed, dispatched, or moved into production.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once fabric has been cut, tailoring has started, or special production has begun.
Important Note
Ankara Revolution reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the item does not meet our return conditions.
To avoid issues, we encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizes, colors, fabric details, and delivery information before placing an order.
