Customers must report eligible issues within 24 to 48 hours after receiving their order.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition to be considered for return or exchange.

Custom-made, altered, resized, personalized, discounted, clearance, or final sale items are generally not returnable or refundable unless there is a confirmed error from Ankara Revolution.
